This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sequim Outdoor Options (“Company”) and the customer identified as the renter.
1. Rental Period
The Renter agrees to rent the sauna and/or cold plunge for the confirmed rental dates and times.
2. Rental Fees
The Renter agrees to pay all rental charges before the equipment is delivered or picked up unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
3. Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled reservation date.
- Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before the reservation date may be refunded or rescheduled at the discretion of Sequim Outdoor Options.
4. Delivery and Pickup
Free delivery and pickup are included for locations within a 30 mile radius of Sequim Outdoor Options.
Deliveries beyond 30 miles may be subject to additional mileage or delivery fees, which will be disclosed before booking.
5. Cleaning Requirements
The sauna and/or cold plunge must be returned in a reasonably clean condition.
- Remove all personal belongings.
- Remove trash and debris.
- Leave the interior and surrounding area in a reasonably clean condition.
If the equipment is returned excessively dirty or requires extraordinary cleaning, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged to the Renter.
6. Care of Equipment
- Use the equipment only for its intended purpose.
- Prevent misuse, abuse, vandalism, or unauthorized modifications.
- Keep the equipment secure while in their possession.
- Notify Sequim Outdoor Options immediately of any damage or malfunction.
The Renter is responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear and agrees to pay for repair or replacement if damage results from negligence or misuse.
7. Acceptance
By accepting this Rental Agreement through the completion form, the Renter acknowledges that they have received, read, and agree to these terms, as well as the Sauna & Cold Plunge Waiver and Release of Liability.
