Delivery & Setup

Our standard delivery area covers up to 150 miles from Sequim, Washington. The first 30 miles within this 150-mile radius are included in our standard product prices. For deliveries between 31-150 miles from Sequim, additional delivery fees will apply.

Your site should be clear, level, and accessible; gravel, concrete, blocks or packed dirt are all acceptable foundations.

Standard deliveries for inventory sheds usually take 7–14 business days, depending on location and weather conditions. Custom builds typically take between 4 – 6 weeks depending on the time of year. 

Permits & Regulations

Permit requirements vary by location. Small sheds (typically under 200 sq. ft.) often don’t require permits, but it’s best  to check with your local building department.

While we don’t handle permit applications, we can provide necessary documentation and guidance to help you through  the process. 

Customization & Features

Absolutely! You can choose the size, color, roofing, door styles, and additional features like shelves and windows.

Yes, many customers modify our sheds into livable spaces. However, you’ll need to check local zoning laws and add  proper insulation, electrical, and plumbing.
