Yes, it’s best for you (or someone you authorize) to be present. Our delivery driver will walk you through the placement options, confirm access, and ensure your shed is positioned exactly where you want it before leveling and setup.
Our standard delivery area covers up to 150 miles from Sequim, Washington. The first 30 miles within this 150-mile radius are included in our standard product prices. For deliveries between 31-150 miles from Sequim, additional delivery fees will apply.
We include up to one hour of leveling during delivery to ensure your shed sits solid and square. If your site requires additional block placement or ground adjustment beyond that hour, extra leveling time is billed at $100 per hour. Time is calculated beginning when the shed is removed from the trailer. The customer is responsible for providing the materials needed to level the shed.
Pre-Built Delivery Requirements:
To successfully deliver a pre-assembled building, we require:
- A clear path that is at least 2 feet wider than the building’s width
- Adequate vertical clearance for transport vehicles and the structure
- Suitable ground conditions to support the delivery truck and building
